Short version: PS2Mac is a free hobby project, provided as-is. You bring your own games and you are responsible for them.

What PS2Mac is

PS2Mac is a launcher and library for PlayStation 2 disc images. It does not include, host, download or link to game files. You add disc images you own to a folder of your choosing.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for complying with the copyright, licences and laws that apply to you, including whether you may make or use a copy of a game you own. External search results and websites you open from the app are outside the control of PS2Mac.

Third-party software

PS2Mac bundles the PCSX2 emulator, an independent project licensed under the GNU GPL version 3. PCSX2 is started as a separate, unmodified program. Its source and licence are available at pcsx2.net; a copy of the licence ships inside the app. PS2Mac is not affiliated with PCSX2 or with Sony Interactive Entertainment. "PlayStation" is a trademark of Sony Interactive Entertainment.

No warranty

PS2Mac is provided without any warranty. Use it at your own risk. The author is not liable for data loss, hardware issues or any other damage arising from its use.
